NodeRail provides a read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows AI assistants to query publicly available knowledge framework nodes, intellectual lineage records, and provenance metadata. All data accessible through the NodeRail MCP Server is publicly available.

All framework nodes, measurement nodes, and knowledge infrastructure published on NodeRail remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. NodeRail provides infrastructure for citation and lineage — it does not transfer ownership of any contributed work.

The NodeRail MCP Server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NodeRail does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

NodeRail and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
