1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NodeRail MCP Server or any NodeRail service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NodeRail provides a read-only MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows AI assistants to query publicly available knowledge framework nodes, intellectual lineage records, and provenance metadata. All data accessible through the NodeRail MCP Server is publicly available.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the NodeRail MCP Server to:

• Query and retrieve publicly available framework and measurement nodes
• Access intellectual lineage and provenance data
• Integrate NodeRail data into AI-assisted workflows

You may not use NodeRail to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish NodeRail data at scale without permission
• Misrepresent the authorship or provenance of NodeRail nodes
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Intellectual Property

All framework nodes, measurement nodes, and knowledge infrastructure published on NodeRail remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. NodeRail provides infrastructure for citation and lineage — it does not transfer ownership of any contributed work.

5. No Warranties

The NodeRail MCP Server is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NodeRail does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

NodeRail and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
